boarding

i finally went boarding last weekend. i haven’t gone up to the snow in 2 years now! that’s because last year i was in thailand and didnt get to go. it was really good to finally go. i was kinda sucking in the morning, but kind of started getting back in the swing of it later. i really need to start going more frequently than 2 times a season or i’ll never get good *sigh*.

after boarding, we were all supposed to go back to catherine’s timeshare to celebrate her bday. unfortunately, everything that could possibly go wrong did. catherine’s boot broke and she had to fix it, we drove in the wrong direction, one of the cars in our carpool had no chains so joey had to drive them to buy chains, joey’s chains were the wrong size and fell off, my chains broke and eventually wrapped around my axle, we got lost again…. basically, it was completely nuts. in the end, all in all, it took about 8 hours from the time we finished boarding till the time we got to catherine’s timeshare… which was just on the other side of tahoe. sheez!!
