yet another party

saturday night we had a party at our house. it had been quite a while since we had the last one, and we’re not really sure how much longer any of us will be living here, so it seemed like a good idea. the theme was “white and black” and we decorated the whole house w/ tons of white an black helium balloons, white and black stars, etc. in the end, the house looked pretty damn cool.

the party itself was pretty fun. *hellza* people. it feels like our parties are getting bigger and bigger. sage and gleb brought their fire spinning stuff and that was fun to watch. caryn actually went and tried it out for her first time and did it surprisingly well! sage also brought this huge ass whip to the party that people had fun playing with.

all in all it was pretty cool. because of the balloons, fire stuff etc, it didnt seem like just every other party.

  1. we had a good time! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we were tired I needed a little space to move around 😉

are you guys really leaving your apartment? it’s so beautiful. is it really expensive?

  2. yeah, i dont know if it make sense to sublet for the whole year, plus who knows who will still be living there a year from now. it’s not super expensive, the whole flat goes for $2900 (4 bedrooms). the rent usually was 805$ for the three main rooms and 485$ for the small one.

  3. You’re kidding, right? Please tell me you’re kidding. The master bedroom is the same cost as the other two? Um… how’d that happen???

  4. ummmm… which bedroom do you consider the master bedroom??

basically the rooms were all the same price since they all had fairly equal pluses and minuses.

room 1: no pluses or minuses, just average

room 2: plus- it’s own bathroom minus- no 4th wall, share sliding door w/ living room, fairly small

room 3: plus-it’s fucking huge, gets tons of light minus- it has no closet
